What is your minimum order?
Screen printing minimum is 24 pieces per design, sticker and button minimum is 100 pieces per design.

Can I mix and match shirt sizes/styles?
Yes, you can get however many of each size you need. Larger sizes (XXL and up) may have an additional cost.

Can I mix and match shirt or ink colors?
Yes, you can mix shirt colors at no extra cost as long as the ink color stays the same. Ink color changes are available for $10 per color, per change.

What is your turnaround time?
Our average turnaround is estimated at 7-10 business days plus shipping time. Your order starts once we receive complete artwork, payment and mock approval. Shipping time is an additional 1-5 business days depending on your location. Please let us know your deadline when ordering and we will work with you to accommodate it.

Yes! To keep our list manageable we showcase the most popular choices but we have access to hundreds of brands and styles. If you’re looking for an item that isn’t listed on our site send us an email. info@headnorthprinting.com

Do you offer contract printing?
Yes, contract printing is available to members of the print/promotion/advertising industry. Please email us for more info – info@headnorthprinting.com.

What types of art files do you accept?
Art files must be at least 300dpi at final print size. Acceptable file types include (.EPS / .PSD / .AI / .TIF / .PDF / .BMP / .JPG / .CDR / .CPT). If you have a question about your art please email info@headnorthprinting.com.
